Licensed Artwork Submissions Guideline



Thank you for choosing to submit your artwork to Fiesta Fabric. Please review the following guidelines for submission of artwork:

Artwork will be considered regardless of whether it is in textile repeat. Concepts or ideas developed for items other than textiles are acceptable for review and do not have to be in printable textile format. We would prefer not to return anything submitted; however we will accommodate if needed. Each color copy, digital image or disk should be labeled with contact information.

The review process can take a few weeks. Please feel free to call and check on the progress if you have not been contacted two weeks after your submission. If we decide not to proceed with art submitted, you will be notified by mail. Many artists choose to send us images on a regular basis to keep us updated.

After initial review, we may request a hi-resolution disk (layered if possible) and we will explain what category of our business the artwork is being considered for. At this stage, we would most likely not have a release day or dates selected

Please note: The maximum allowable attachment file size is five (5) Megabytes. Any image larger than this must be sent on disc via regular mail or carrier.
